Reservations and Payments

Booking Policy

Reservations made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with booking details. Any special requests (e.g., room preferences, accessibility needs) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Rates and Fees

Room rates are displayed in Philippine Peso and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Rates may vary depending on the booking date, room type, or promotional offers. Additional payment for charges involving extra services will be collected during your stay.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for reservations may vary depending on the rate plan selected. Full payment will be required at the time of booking, as specified in the booking confirmation. We accept Credit/Debit Card and GCash.

Security Deposits

At check-in, the Company will require a security deposit for incidental charges, which will be refunded at check-out if no damages or additional charges are incurred.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in accordance with the specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking. If no specific cancellation policy is provided, cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in will be eligible for a full refund. All other cancellations made beyond the aforesaid duration are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without notifying the Company, the full booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

Early Departure

No refunds will be issued for early check-outs unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of the Company.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), the Company may, at its discretion, offer a refund or reschedule the reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In

Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM (time standard). Early check-in may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

Check-Out

Check-out time is 12:00 PM (time standard). Late check-outs may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

Extensions

Extensions are subject to availability and approval.

Guest Identification

Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in, along with the credit card used for the reservation. Foreign guests are required to present their passport upon check-in.

Company Policies

Non-Smoking Policy

The Company is a non-smoking property. Smoking in rooms or public areas is strictly prohibited. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas.  

Pets

Pets are not permitted in the Company’s premises. Service animals are always welcome in accordance with applicable laws and upon presentation of the owner’s proper permits.

No Firearms/Flammable Property Policy

Firearms are not allowed inside the premises of the Company. Guests with firearms will be denied entry and check-in.    

Guests are also prohibited from bringing and storing highly-flammable, toxic, and corrosive substances such as but not limited to Butane, LPG, or Acidic chemicals.

Drugs

Prohibited and illegal drugs are not allowed on the Company premises at any time.

Damage and Liability

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the room or Company property during their stay. The Company reserves the right to charge your credit card for the cost of repairs or replacements.
